NFL is looking to move all teams’ home games to new stadiums
NFL Network’s Joe Buscaglia reports that the league is looking into moving all games at all 32 NFL stadiums to new facilities.
Buscagnlia reports: There are still more than half a dozen games that will have to be moved to new locations in a bid to keep the games fresh, including Super Bowl 50, the league’s biggest game ever.
The relocation of games in the new stadiums is expected to cost about $1 billion, which could be enough to cover the $400 million in annual costs for the new facilities, according to the NFL.
Busch writes: That is why the league will continue to invest billions of dollars to keep games fresh.
There are also a few other teams, such as the Miami Dolphins and New York Jets, that may not be able to move their games this season due to other commitments, including the new NFL Network-Telemundo partnership.
